Job Summary

The primary responsibility for the Production role is to efficiently produce inks, blankets (a component to the machine), and other products as directed; to receive, warehouse, pack, and ship products to meet customer order requirements. Additional responsibilities include processing transactions, completing beginning and end-of-day processes, housekeeping, and other duties as needed.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Production team member, your core responsibilities will include:
- Timely and accurately completing production schedule requirements
- Producing ink using vertical post mixers, 3 roll mills, and other mixers
- Operating material handling equipment such as forklifts, hoists, and drum-handling equipment
- Operating blanket cutting equipment, bar press, and other production machinery
- Pulling, packing, and shipping product as needed to fulfill orders
- Verifying inventory accuracy through cycle counts and physical inventory
- Tracking and recording daily activities
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with metal and/or in manufacturing preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on occasion
- Experience operating equipment safely and effectively
- Computer and data entry skills including computer-managed production, warehousing, and shipping functions
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail in both work activities and administrative tasks
- Ability to work as part of a team with a focus on performance
- Motivated self-learner
