A growing company specializing in a variety of food-grade blending and packaging processes is seeking a Production Laborer to join their dynamic team! This is a 1st shift position with some overtime required. The ideal candidate will be dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
What You'll Be DoingAs a Production Laborer, you will be responsible for supporting daily food-grade production and packaging operations. Duties include:
- Following customer-specific batch and work orders
- Producing and mixing food-grade products
- Measuring raw materials according to specific formulas
- Filling containers and drums with finished products
- Packing and preparing products for shipment
- Cleaning and maintaining workstations to ensure a safe and organized environment
Qualifications
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs as needed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- GED or High School Diploma required
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
