Production Worker
Location: Holland, MI Pay: $18-$20 per hour
Job Summary
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a Production Worker to join our team in Holland, MI. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, helping us to help assemble and prepare products for shipment, ensuring quality and efficiency on the production line.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Production Worker, your core responsibilities will include:
- Assemble and Prepare Goods: Place raw materials or products into machines and package finished goods for shipment.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct checks on equipment and products to ensure quality production.
- Inventory Organization: Maintain proper storage and organize inventory for easy access.
In addition, you will also be expected to use machinery such as forklifts and assist in maintaining warehouse equipment.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift objects with an established maximum weight
- Ability to follow directions accurately
Skills:
- Attention to Detail: Ensure all products meet quality standards before shipment.
- Organization: Maintain orderly inventory and workspace.
- Technical/Mechanical Aptitude: Operate machinery and troubleshoot minor issues.
