Qualifications
- Ability to work well with co-workers and function as an effective team member
- Must be able to read and comprehend written instructions about the job
- Must be able to stand and operate machinery, inspect product , and package product for an entire shift
- Must be able to lift up to 30lbs repetitively
Responsibilities
- This role is responsible for operating machinery and maintaining quality control programs
- Operate machinery at a speed that meets or exceeds production quotas while maintaining an acceptable scrap percentage
- Maintain daily production slips accurately
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Review, understand and comply with all policies
- This position requires standing, walking and sitting for the duration of the shift
- Work hours will vary between 8-10 hours per day
