Job Summary
Workbox Staffing is seeking a Production Line Worker to join a small, hands-on manufacturing team. This position involves working on a moving production line—placing parts, counting, assisting with paperwork, and ensuring quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a smaller company environment where every day is different.
Responsibilities for the Production Line Worker
- Place and organize parts on a moving production line.
- Perform basic paperwork and counting tasks accurately.
- Assist with packaging, assembly, and general production needs.
- Lift up to 50 lbs (heavier items are lifted with team assistance).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work independently and stay productive throughout the shift.
Key Qualifications for the Production Line Worker
- Experience in a paint shop, job shop, or small manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Must be able to stand, bend, and twist on a concrete floor for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance required.
- Strong multitasking and time management skills.
- Self-starter with a willingness to learn new processes and products.
- Enjoys working in a small team environment (under 20 people).
