Location: Holland, MI
Pay: $18/hour
Job Summary
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking
a Production Line Worker to join our team in Holland, MI. In this role, you'll be a
vital part of our operations, helping us ensure quality, accurate packaging, and smooth flow from
the powder coat line to shipping.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Production Line Worker, your core responsibilities will include:
- Unloading and bundling product at the end of the powder coat line.
- Performing quality checks prior to final shipment and completing quality/inspection
sheets. - Wrapping product for shipment, staging for shipping, and pallet work; coordinating with
scheduled shipments.
In addition, you will also be expected to work safely and efficiently, follow company procedures
and policies, support continuous improvement and team building, provide feedback across
teams, promote a positive work environment, and perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of product packaging methods to ensure safe, secure shipments that meet
customer requirements. - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Skills:
- Basic computer skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; open-minded, self-motivated, and
results-oriented with solid problem-solving ability. - Safe, efficient packaging of finished goods to minimize damage; accuracy and
completeness of packaged goods. - Teamwork and relationship-building; planning and organizing; professionalism and
integrity; results orientation.
