Shift: 1st Shift – 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday (Overtime as needed)
Pay: $18.00 per hour (+ $1.00/hr raise at time of hire)

Production Line Worker / Assembler
to join our team in Grand Rapids, MI. In this role, you’ll be a vital part of our manufacturing operations, helping ensure products are produced efficiently, safely, and according to quality standards.
What You'll Be Doing
As a
Production Line Worker / Assembler
, your core responsibilities will include:

Operate Production Equipment:
Run production line machinery and computer systems to support daily manufacturing goals.
● Troubleshoot & Changeovers: Identify and resolve minor equipment issues and perform changeovers to maintain production flow.
● Quality Control: Conduct product inspections, reject non-conforming materials, and adjust equipment to maintain specifications.

In addition, you will also be expected to complete daily production logs, perform preventive maintenance (PMs), maintain a clean and safe work area, properly lock out equipment when not in use, and assist with additional tasks as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
● High school diploma, GED, or 1–3 years of related manufacturing experience
● Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand for extended periods
● Willingness to work overtime as needed

Ensures product quality and accurate documentation.
● Mechanical Aptitude: Ability to troubleshoot equipment and perform minor maintenance tasks.
● Teamwork & Flexibility: Willingness to support other production roles and train new employees as needed.

Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.
