Production Operators
in Belleville, MI to support automotive manufacturing operations. In this role, you will operate presses, handle metal components, and help maintain quality and production standards. This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Production Operator, your core responsibilities will include:
- Press Operation: Operate presses in accordance with MIOSHA standards and company safety procedures.
- Production Monitoring: Follow written instructions to determine production requirements and part specifications.
- Quality Inspection: Inspect parts for defects and ensure products meet company quality standards.
- Production Reporting: Maintain accurate production, quality, and inventory records including production reports, scrap reports, and lot tags.
Additional duties may include assisting with routine press maintenance and supporting other production tasks as directed by supervision.

Qualifications:
- Ability to follow written instructions and production specifications
- Strong reliability with consistent attendance
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment while maintaining safety standards
Skills & Physical Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail when operating presses and inspecting parts
- Ability to maintain a steady work pace while ensuring quality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Willingness to wear required PPE including safety glasses, steel-toe shoes, ear plugs, sleeves, and gloves
