Production Supervisor
Location: Norton Shores, MI
Job Summary
Are you a motivated leader with a strong manufacturing background? We’re seeking a
Production Supervisor to join our team in Norton Shores, MI. In this role, you’ll lead daily
operations on the production floor, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety while supporting and
developing your team.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Production Supervisor, your core responsibilities will include:
● Oversee daily production activities to meet output, quality, and safety goals
● Lead, train, and support production employees and team lead
● Monitor workflow and adjust staffing or processes as needed
● Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedures
● Coordinate with other departments such as quality, maintenance, and logistics
In addition, you may assist in various areas of the plant, including machine operation and case
goods, while maintaining communication with supervisors and managers.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
● Previous experience as a Supervisor or Team Lead in a manufacturing environment
(required)
● High school diploma or equivalent (additional education is a plus)
● Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting
● Experience managing employee performance, scheduling, and workflow
Skills:
● Strong leadership and team-building abilities
● Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
● Ability to multitask and make decisions under pressure
● Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
