Job Summary
We are hiring a Production Support Clerk
to support manufacturing operations by tracking production data, assisting with process improvements, and ensuring efficient workflow on the production floor. This role plays a key part in maintaining quality, safety, and production performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Track defects, collect data, and generate production reports
• Monitor production flow and identify areas for improvement
• Maintain accurate documentation in systems such as Epicor
• Assist with process improvement projects on the production floor
• Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and quality teams
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines
• Support overall production efficiency and workflow

What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma required
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing and data tracking/analysis
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with production systems
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Ability to read, write, and follow work instructions
