Job Summary
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a Production Tech to join our team in Holland, MI. In this role, you'll support daily production operations by assembling components, preparing materials, and ensuring product quality in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Production Tech, your core responsibilities will include:
- Kit Assembly: Putting together kits with screws, nails, and small parts for production use
- Component Assembly: Assembling parts such as chair arms using hand and power tools, including electric screwdrivers
- Material Handling: Placing completed parts into crates and designated areas
- RF Scanning: Using an RF scanner to verify correct parts and maintain inventory accuracy
- Quality Inspection: Performing checks to ensure products meet company standards
In addition, you may be required to work in different production areas based on daily needs.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs repetitively
- Ability to stand for extended periods
