Production & Warehouse Operator   

Location:   Plymouth, MI   Shift:   Training (8:00 AM–4:30 PM) and transitioning to 2nd shift (3:30 PM–12:00 AM)  Pay:     $19-20/hr.

Job Summary

Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity?  We're  seeking a  Production & Warehouse Operator  to join our team in  Plymouth, MI upcoming in July 2026.  In this role,  you’ll be a vital part of our operations, helping support efficient production and material flow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment producing metal exhaust components.

What You'll Be Doing

As a  Production & Warehouse Operator , your core responsibilities will include:
  • Forklift operation & material handling:  Safely operating a forklift to move, stage, and organize materials within a smaller workspace, supporting production flow and warehouse needs.
  • Machine operation support:  Assisting with production machinery to help ensure smooth workflow, quality output, and timely completion of manufacturing tasks.
  • Inventory & documentation:  Using basic computer systems (email, Word, Excel) to support simple reporting, tracking, and daily operational documentation.
In addition, you will also be expected to support both production and warehouse areas as needed,  maintain  a clean and organized workspace, and follow all safety and quality procedures.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should have the following:

Qualifications:
  • Must be flexible to work 1st shift (8:00 AM–4:30 PM) for training and transition to 2nd shift (3:30 PM–12:00 AM, Monday–Friday)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 3+ years of manufacturing/warehouse/forklift operations experience  required  
  • Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English (Chinese can be accommodated)
    Skills:
  • Forklift & material handling experience:  Important for safely moving materials and supporting production flow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail:  Essential for maintaining quality standards, following instructions, and ensuring accuracy in both production and documentation tasks.
  • Basic computer skills:  Needed for email, Word, and Excel to support communication, tracking, and daily reporting functions.
