Location: Sparta, MI Shift: 2nd Shift Pay: $17.00 per hour
Job Summary
Are you a motivated and dependable individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a Blender/Mixer to join our team in Sparta, MI. In this role, you'll help produce healthy products by supporting the mixing and blending process in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Blender/Mixer, your core responsibilities will include:

Mixing Operations: Assist with blending ingredients to meet production requirements.

Production Support: Follow processes to ensure consistency and quality of products.

Material Handling: Lift, move, and handle materials throughout the production process.
In addition, you will also be expected to maintain a clean work area and follow all safety guidelines, including no jewelry on the production floor.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Ability to bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods

Willingness to work overtime as needed
Skills:

Organization: Keep work areas clean and materials properly managed.

Problem-Solving: Identify and address minor production issues.

Dependability: Maintain consistent attendance and follow instructions.
