What You’ll Be Doing
As a General Laborer, your key responsibilities will include creating and welding metal parts and assemblies by following detailed instructions and blueprints, conducting quality checks on fabricated parts to ensure they meet standards, and discarding scrap metals as part of daily operations. Additionally, you may be asked to work across various areas of the metal fabrication department—including robotic welders, brake presses, lasers, and manual welding—while supporting team production goals and learning new skills.

What We’re Looking For
Qualifications: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, familiarity with metal fabrication processes, and ability to follow detailed assembly instructions and procedures.
Skills: Teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with others, ability to read and understand blueprints to ensure accurate production, and knowledge of raw materials and production processes to support quality workmanship.
