Production Helper
Location: Hastings, MI Shift: 1st Pay: $16.45 per hour
Job Summary
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a Production Helper to join our team in Hastings, MI. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, helping us to produce high-quality plastic sprayers while maintaining safety, efficiency, and teamwork on the production floor.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Production Helper, your core responsibilities will include:
Work Instructions: Read and follow work orders, instructions, and production schedules to maintain accuracy and workflow.
Quality Inspection: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer expectations.
In addition, you will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized work area, demonstrate strong attendance, work collaboratively with your team, and follow all safety protocols.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
Ability to lift and move products up to 30 lbs
Good hand dexterity and attention to detail
Reliable attendance and strong safety mindset
Skills:
Communication: Ability to read and write in English to follow instructions and communicate effectively.
Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure quality and accuracy in assembly tasks.
