What You'll Be Doing
As a Production Team Member , your core responsibilities will include:

- Manufacturing Cleanroom Components:
Build products such as filter fan units, cleanroom lights, and ceiling grids to support critical environments.
- Operating Equipment & Production Tools:
Assist with CNC mills, CNC cutting, and extrusion cutting for ceiling systems to ensure accurate and efficient production.
- Assembly & Fabrication:
Perform wall panel assembly, curtain making, and small assembly projects with strong attention to detail.
In addition, you will also be expected to float between departments, build pallets, prepare materials, and support overall production needs while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the shift
- Willingness to cross-train and work in multiple departments
Skills:
- Mechanical Aptitude:
Ability to work with tools, equipment, and materials while understanding how things are built and function.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and think through solutions to keep production running smoothly.
- Teamwork & Attitude: Positive attitude and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively and contribute to a strong team culture.
- Big Picture Thinking:
Ability to understand workflow and anticipate production needs.
