Production Worker

Job Title: Production Worker                    Location: Hastings, MI                    Shift: 1st Shift                       Pay: $17.60/hr

Job Summary

Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a Production Worker to join our team in Hastings, MI. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, helping support machine operators in producing high-quality aluminum building materials while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and safety.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Production Worker, your core responsibilities will include:

Product Handling: Catch products as they are produced from the machine to maintain production flow.

Packaging and Assembly: Assemble cardboard boxes and organize finished products using taping, gluing, and banding to meet production standards.

Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure proper labeling, quantity, and quality of finished goods.

In addition, you will also be expected to stack finished goods on skids, maintain a clean work area through 5S practices, promote a safety culture, and complete other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to maintain regular attendance
Ability to perform basic math (add, subtract, count)
