In this role, you’ll play a vital part in supporting the flexographic printing press department while gaining hands-on experience and learning more specialized skills within the department.

In this role, you’ll play a vital part in supporting the flexographic printing press department while gaining hands-on experience and learning more specialized skills within the department.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Press Utility associate, your key responsibilities will include cleaning all parts of the press equipment including pans, pumps, mixers, and doctor blade chambers to maintain production efficiency, operating equipment such as the distiller, floor scrubber, and Flexo Wash to support department cleanliness and functionality, and learning to fill dye fonts, time ink, hang rolls, and clean plates and cylinders as part of the printing process. Additionally, you may be asked to assist with other department needs and support production operations as required.

What We’re Looking For
Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Skills: Basic math skills to support production measurements and counts, strong verbal and written English communication skills to work effectively with the team, and organizational skills to maintain efficiency and cleanliness within the department.
