Job Summary
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a hands-on opportunity? We're seeking a Production Worker to join our team in Grand Haven. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, helping ensure high-quality production and efficient packaging to meet customer needs.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Production Worker, your core responsibilities will include:

Packaging and sorting educational materials

Performing visual inspections to identify defects and maintain quality standards

Following all safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organized workspace

Cross-training in other production areas to support overall team success
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing experience recommended

Ability to lift up to 35 lbs

Comfortable standing for 8–10 hours per shift
Skills:

Attention to Detail: Ensures all parts meet quality and safety standards

Teamwork: Works well with others to maintain smooth production flow
