Qualifications:
- Proven experience coordinating field services or multi-site installations, preferably in technology or AV-related industries
- Proficiency with ERP systems (Q360 experience preferred)
- Familiarity with Smartsheet or similar project management tools
- Strong organizational skills to manage large volumes of simultaneous tasks
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and accountable
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Skills:
- Coordinate and schedule technicians for tagging projects at multiple nationwide locations
- Ensure technicians are equipped, scheduled, and on-site at required times
- Navigate ERP system (Q360) to create, update, and track project work orders
- Collect, review, and maintain accurate project data in Smartsheet
- Verify proper tagging, documentation, and submission of closeout packages
- Facilitate technician payments and communicate with Accounting to ensure timely processing
- Monitor project status, escalate issues or delays, and ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain proactive communication with technicians, Installation Services, and Accounting teams
