Qualifications:
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Identifying and reporting non-conformances
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives
- Using measuring equipment
- Ability to read, write and comply with safety procedures
Skills:
- Examining products or materials to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Performing tests to assess product quality, such as dimensional measurements, performance evaluations or material analysis and document any findings.
- Ability to read, write and comply with safety and quality procedures
- Follow all quality inspection processes
- Communication to relevant personnel
- Attention to detail, basic math skills and problem solving
- Computer skills needed
- Troubleshooting
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- As a Quality Tech, not only will you be working to ensure products or services meet established standards and specifications. This includes inspecting, testing for defects and documenting findings. You’ll also be asked to assist in other projects. This job, depending on your work ethic, could be a short-term or a long-term fit.
