What You’ll Be Doing
As a Quality Rework Associate, your key responsibilities will include inspecting parts identified as needing rework to determine necessary corrections, repairing, modifying, or reassembling products to meet quality requirements, and following detailed rework instructions to correct defects and ensure compliance with specifications. Additionally, you may be asked to collaborate with the Quality team to complete projects efficiently and return approved products back into production.

Qualifications: Ability to follow written instructions, strong attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
Skills: Inspection skills to identify defects and quality concerns, problem-solving abilities to make corrections accurately, and organizational skills to manage rework tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.
