Job Summary
Workbox Staffing is hiring a
Quality Supervisor
to support operations in a clean electronics manufacturing environment. This role will focus on coordinating quality and processing activities using spreadsheets and label systems while also supporting the production team as needed. The ideal candidate will have manufacturing or warehouse experience,
leadership
or line lead experience, and working knowledge of Excel.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Quality Supervisor, your core responsibilities
will include:
- Label & Documentation Management: Print labels and verify accuracy before products are processed or shipped.
- Spreadsheet Coordination: Use Excel spreadsheets to track processing steps, inspections, and workflow coordination.
- Quality Oversight: Verify product quality and ensure labels and product information match specifications.
- Production Support: Assist the team with picking and packing light boxes and performing light quality checks when needed.
- Team Coordination: Help guide production activities and support the team to keep workflow running smoothly.
Additional
duties may include
maintaining
organized records and
assisting
with general production tasks as
required
.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience required
- Line lead, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to read and write in English
Skills & Physical Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail when verifying labels and product information
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs repetitively
- Comfortable supporting both administrative and production tasks
- Ability to work in a moderate-paced manufacturing environment
Shift & Employment Details
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Environment: Electronics manufacturing facility that is well-lit with a friendly team and moderate pace of work
- PPE Required: Steel-toe boots required ; safety vests provided on-site
