Quality Technician
Location: Grand Haven, Michigan
Job Summary
Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for quality and manufacturing excellence? We’re seeking a Quality Technician to join a growing manufacturing team in Grand Haven, Michigan. In this role, you’ll help ensure products meet customer and company standards through inspections, audits, and quality documentation while supporting daily production operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Quality Technician, your core responsibilities will include:
- Performing hourly quality inspections on molded parts
- Conducting final audits of finished goods and packaging
- Recording inspection results and maintaining quality documentation
- Identifying defects and communicating quality concerns to production teams
- Supporting quality systems and continuous improvement efforts
- Assisting with containment activities and corrective actions
- Working closely with production and management teams to maintain quality standards
- Performing additional quality-related duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or quality inspection experience preferred
- Injection molding experience is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Skills:
- Ability to use calipers, gauges, and measuring equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer and documentation skills
- Understanding of quality metrics, inspection procedures, and quality systems is preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
