Location: Spring Lake, MI Pay: $20.00 per hour
Job Summary
Are you a detail-oriented individual with a strong commitment to quality? We're seeking a Quality Technician to join our
team in Spring Lake, MI. In this role, you'll be responsible for inspecting products, identifying defects, and ensuring quality
standards are consistently met throughout the manufacturing process.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Quality Technician, your core responsibilities will include:
• Inspecting incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure quality standards are met.
• Using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify product specifications.
• Identifying, documenting, and reporting defects or quality concerns.
• Performing visual and dimensional inspections according to established procedures.
• Maintaining accurate inspection records and quality documentation.
• Working with production teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
In addition, you will be expected to maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety and quality procedures.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in quality inspection or a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Familiarity with measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and product specifications.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive inspection tasks.
Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to identify defects and communicate quality concerns.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Reliable attendance, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well with a team.
