We’re seeking a Quality Technician to join our team in Whitehall, MI. In this role, you’ll inspect products, identify quality issues, and help ensure parts meet established standards and specifications. What You’ll Be DoingAs a Quality Technician, your core responsibilities will include: Inspect products and parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Perform visual inspections to identify defects or inconsistencies. Measure and test parts using appropriate inspection methods and equipment. Complete quality documentation and maintain accurate records. Communicate quality concerns and issues to the production team. Follow established procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards. Maintain an organized and safe work area. In addition, you will assist with other quality and production-related duties as needed. What We’re Looking ForTo be successful in this role, you should have the following: Qualifications:Previous manufacturing or quality inspection experience is preferred but not required. Ability to follow written instructions, procedures, and quality standards. Ability to perform repetitive tasks and remain focused throughout the shift. Reliable attendance and willingness to learn. Skills:Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to identify defects and quality concerns. Basic measuring and inspection skills. Good communication and organizational skills.
