Workbox Staffing is hiring a Production Worker in Mishawaka, IN.
This company has been in business for 25 years and offer a stable, friendly, long-term career opportunity for the qualified candidate. The current opening is in the production area. This individual would be assembling kits from the water jet or inspecting assembled kits and packaging them for shipment to our customer. This quality check is the final step in our process and a critical piece of the commitment to our customers. This is a first shift, full-time position with occasional overtime over 50 hours/week.
Job Responsibilities:
- Utilize manual and/or automated equipment and machinery to meet the production requirements of this function.
- Demonstrate a high level of detail for the inspection of products, reviewing cosmetic issues and print issues on each part.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of shipments, as required
- Communicate effectively with company personnel.
- Prepare shipments as required to meet the production schedule.

- Prior forklift experience preferred but not required
