1st Shift - Racking Department (Short Term) $17/hr - Grand Rapids, MI
Come work for a highly sought-after, local coating applicator company!
Preferred Qualifications:
● Lifts and loads/unloads trays, racks, and windows by physical and mechanical means.
● Moves product from one area to another.
● Masks, racks, and packs inspected parts.
● Inspects for general defects during the packing process.
● Keeps the work area and equipment clean, organized, and maintained.
● Processes work orders through PLEX.
● Disposes of hazardous and non-hazardous wastes as required.
Preferred Skills:
● Ability to follow directions
● Ability to stay on task with little supervision
● Ability to lift 50 lbs throughout shift
This company focuses on coating metal products for their clients with services such as chemical resistant coatings, high-temperature resistant coatings, rubber bonding adhesives, corrosion protective coatings, FDA-approved coatings, and many others. You will be responsible for supporting general production through masking, racking, and packing processes. This is a short term position that will last a minimum of 3 weeks with potential to go for slightly longer.
