Receptionist / Office Coordinator 
Location: Bristol, IN 
Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM 
Pay: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour 

Job Summary 

Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a Receptionist / Office Coordinator to join our team in Bristol, IN. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, serving as the “face of the company” by creating a welcoming and professional first impression for customers, suppliers, and visitors while supporting daily office functions. 

What You'll Be Doing

As a Receptionist / Office Coordinator, your core responsibilities will include: 
Front desk and communication management: Greet visitors, answer incoming calls, and provide a friendly, professional first impression for all customers and vendors. 
Administrative and accounting support: Assist with accounts receivable (A/R) and accounts payable (A/P) tasks, as well as light HR-related responsibilities. 
Customer service support: Help coordinate communication with customers and internal team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. 
In addition, you will also be expected to support a small office team by taking on a variety of administrative tasks and adapting to changing priorities as needed. 

What We're Looking For 
To be successful in this role, you should have the following: 
Qualifications: 
• Previous experience in reception, administrative, or office support roles preferred 
• Basic knowledge or experience with A/R and A/P processes 
• Ability to work independently in a small team environment 
• Strong desire for long-term employment and stability 

Skills: 
Professional Communication: Ability to provide a friendly and polished experience both in person and over the phone. 
Organization & Multitasking: Capable of managing multiple responsibilities while supporting a small office team. 
Adaptability: Willingness to wear multiple hats and assist in various areas including customer service, accounting support, and administrative tasks.
