Position: Recruiting Coordinator (Full Time/Part Time)
Compensation: Hourly rate.
Location: Multiple locations in SE Michigan
Responsibilities: As a Recruiting Coordinator, your primary responsibilities are to support Branch Operations staff with administrative tasks. You will play a crucial role in the hiring process, acting as the bridge between candidates and recruiters and contributing to the efficient recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Greeting Candidates:
Managing front desk and walk in traffic.
Answering questions and handling incoming calls.
Screening and Selection:
Reviewing resumes and job applications to shortlist candidates for interviews.
Scheduling interviews and creating a list of potential hires.
Onboarding Support:
Assisting new hires through the company’s onboarding process.
Ensuring a smooth transition for employees joining the organization.

Experience with Google, Microsoft Office
Experience: Previous customer service or office administration preferred.
Certifications: None required.
Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) is preferred but not required.

Position: Recruiting Coordinator
As a Recruiting Coordinator, your primary responsibilities are to support the recruiting team by coordinating candidate flow, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring a smooth hiring and onboarding experience for both candidates and clients.
Core Responsibilities
Candidate Coordination & Screening
Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and walk-ins.
Conduct initial phone screens to assess availability, work history, and basic qualifications.
Schedule interviews, orientations, and client meetings for recruiters.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
Onboarding & Compliance
Support onboarding by collecting documentation, completing I-9s, and ensuring compliance with company and client requirements.
Prepare new hire packets, orientation materials, and safety documentation.
Verify work eligibility, background checks, and other pre-employment requirements as needed.
Administrative & Office Support
Greet and assist walk-in applicants and provide excellent customer service.
Manage job postings, update open orders, and ensure accurate information is shared with the recruiting team.
Assist with timecard collection, payroll corrections, and weekly reporting.
Coordinate with recruiters and account managers to ensure smooth communication between candidates and clients.
Candidate & Client Relationship Support
Build positive relationships with candidates by providing updates, answering questions, and supporting them through the hiring process.
Assist recruiters in communicating with clients regarding candidate submissions, start dates, and onboarding updates.
Help maintain a professional, welcoming, and organized office environment.

Qualifications
