We’re looking for an Entry-Level Recruiter to connect job seekers with local employers. You’ll handle the full recruiting process—from finding and screening candidates to interviewing, onboarding, and helping them succeed in their new roles.

What You’ll Do:
- Work with hiring managers to create job postings and set screening questions
- Source candidates through our system, job boards, referrals, and events
- Interview candidates and guide them through the hiring process
- Handle background checks, drug screens, PPE distribution, and onboarding paperwork
- Verify candidate credentials and experience
- Perform general office duties
What We’re Looking For:
- Comfortable making calls, networking, and building relationships
- Great customer service skills
- Computer skills (Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Excel)
- Social media and recruiting tool experience
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
- Previous experience preferred.
