What You’ll Be Doing
As a Refrigeration Repair Tech, your key responsibilities will include:

- Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnosing and repairing refrigeration products that fail performance tests or inspections to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Assembly & Tools: Operating machinery and hand tools as required to complete repairs and support the assembly process.
- Quality & Safety: Inspecting materials and finished products while following all established safety, quality procedures, and company standards. Additionally, you may be asked to maintain production records, keep a clean and orderly work environment, and perform other duties as assigned to support team and production goals.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1–3 years of consecutive experience in appliance or refrigeration repair
- Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams
- Ability to stand on concrete surfaces for extended periods (up to 12 hours with breaks)
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Willingness to work required shifts, overtime, and pass a drug screen
Skills:
- Mechanical aptitude: Essential for diagnosing and repairing refrigeration systems accurately.
- Attention to detail: Ensures products meet strict performance and quality standards.
- Reliability & teamwork: Supports a collaborative environment and consistent production flow.
