Job Summary
Are you a hardworking, detail-oriented individual looking for a hands-on opportunity? We're
seeking a Restoration Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll assist with restoring
residential and commercial properties a ected by water damage, mold, and other
unexpected disasters. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work,
problem-solving, and working in a team environment.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Restoration Technician, your core responsibilities will include:
? Perform water damage cleanup and restoration services in residential and
commercial properties.
? Assist with mold remediation, structural cleaning, and restoration projects.
? Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized restoration equipment safely and
e ectively.
? Clean and restore carpets and other a ected materials.
? Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas throughout each project.
? Work alongside team members to complete restoration projects e iciently while
meeting quality standards.
In addition, you'll be expected to adapt to di erent job sites, follow safety procedures, and
communicate professionally with team members and customers.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Quali?cations:
? Previous experience in water damage restoration or a related ?eld is preferred.
? Knowledge of water damage restoration and mold remediation techniques is
bene?cial.
? Experience using hand tools and power tools.
? Ability to work in various residential and commercial environments.
? Willingness to perform hands-on, physically demanding work.
Skills:
? Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
? Good problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
? Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
? Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
