Job Summary

to join our team in Grand Haven, MI. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, helping us to ensure efficient and precise production of roll-formed metal components while maintaining high-quality standards and smooth machine operation.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Roll Form Set Up Operator
, your core responsibilities will include:
- Machine Setup and Operation: Set up and operate roll form machines to meet production schedules and specifications.
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve mechanical or electrical issues to minimize downtime and ensure consistent production quality.
- Changeovers and Adjustments: Perform frequent job and machine changeovers while maintaining precision and efficiency.
In addition, you will also be expected to work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and uphold a safe, organized workspace.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ year of experience in roll form set up
- Mechanical aptitude; maintenance or electrical experience preferred
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with the company
Skills:
- Technical Knowledge: Ability to set up and operate roll form machinery efficiently and accurately.
- Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills to address issues quickly and keep production on track.
- Reliability and Teamwork: Works well independently and collaboratively to ensure production goals are achieved.
