- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Prior maintenance experience preferred
- Electrical experience preferred
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Open to training for the right candidate

- Ability to set up and operate roll form machines
- Comfortable with frequent job and machine changeovers
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and detail-oriented
