Location: Norton Shores, MI Pay: $18-$24 per hour
Job Summary
Are you an experienced CNC or machining professional looking for a hands-on production opportunity?
We're seeking a Router Operator to join our team in Norton Shores, MI. In this role, you'll operate CNC
router equipment and support machining operations while producing parts that meet quality, dimensional,
and production standards.
What You'll Be Doing
? Operate CNC router equipment according to work instructions and production requirements.
? Load materials, set up jobs, and monitor machine operation throughout the production process.
? Inspect and measure finished parts to verify dimensional accuracy and quality.
? Make basic machine adjustments and identify issues that could affect quality or production.
In addition, you will maintain a clean and organized work area, follow all safety procedures, and assist with
other machining or production tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
? Prior CNC or machining experience is required.
? Experience operating CNC routers or similar equipment is strongly preferred.
? Ability to read basic measurements and follow work instructions and specifications.
? Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Skills:
? Strong mechanical aptitude and machine operation skills.
? Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
? Basic measuring and math skills.
? Ability to troubleshoot basic machine or production issues.
? Ability to work safely and effectively as part of a team.
