Job Summary

3rd Shift Sanitation Associate
to help maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in a fast-paced production environment. This role is critical to ensuring equipment, production areas, and facilities are properly cleaned and sanitized to support daily operations.
What You'll Be Doing
As a
3rd Shift Sanitation Associate
, your core responsibilities will include:
Cleaning & Sanitizing Equipment
Clean and sanitize production machinery, equipment, and materials according to company and food safety standards.
Deep Cleaning & Facility Maintenance
Perform deep cleaning of machinery and production areas while assisting in maintaining overall plant cleanliness and hygiene.
Chemical Handling
Safely handle, use, and store cleaning chemicals and sanitation supplies while following all safety procedures and guidelines.
In addition, you will support sanitation efforts throughout the facility and perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours per shift.
- Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as required.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Skills
- Attention to Detail: Ability to thoroughly clean and sanitize equipment and work areas.
- Dependability: Consistent attendance and commitment to completing assigned work.
- Safety Awareness: Ability to safely handle cleaning chemicals and follow sanitation procedures.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to bend, twist, turn, grip, lift, carry, push, pull, and walk throughout the shift.
Shift & Work Environment
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – Completion (typically around 7:00 AM)
- Overtime and weekend work required based on production needs
- Factory, warehouse, and cooler environment
- Fast-paced, team-oriented workplace
- Time and a half paid for overtime hours
