Job Summary
Are you dependable and detail-oriented? We're seeking a Sanitation Worker to join our team in Sparta, MI. In this role, you’ll perform and document sanitation rounds throughout the facility, support production as needed, and help maintain a clean, safe, and food-compliant environment. Full training and protective equipment are provided.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Sanitation Worker, your core responsibilities will include:
- Sanitation Tasks: Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning throughout the facility, focusing on high-touch and common surfaces.
- Food Safety Compliance: Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Production Support: Assist the production team as needed while maintaining safety standards.
In addition, you will also safely work with chemicals, operate PIT equipment and cleaning machinery, and taste test products when required.

- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
