Job Title: Sanitation
Location: Sparta, MI Pay: $18/hr Shift: 1st Shift
Job Summary
We are looking for a Sanitation team member to help keep the facility clean and safe. In this role, you will complete hourly sanitation rounds, clean high-touch surfaces, and support production when needed. Training and personal protective equipment will be provided.
Job Duties
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly sanitation tasks throughout the facility
- Conduct and document hourly sanitation checks
- Clean high-touch and common areas
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work with cleaning chemicals to complete sanitation processes
- Operate cleaning equipment and PIT equipment
- Assist production when needed
- Taste test products when required
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work independently or with a team
- Must be reliable and trainable
