Job Summary
Workbox Staffing is hiring a Sanitation Worker in Sparta, MI! In this role, you will conduct and document hourly sanitation rounds throughout the facility, focusing on high-touch and common surfaces. You’ll help keep work areas clean, follow all food safety guidelines, and assist production when needed. PPE and full training are provided.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly sanitation tasks in the factory.
- Follow all food safety and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines.
- Support production operations as needed.
- Safely handle and work with cleaning chemicals.
- Operate PIT and other cleaning equipment.
- Taste test products as required.
- Maintain cleanliness in all surrounding work areas.

- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
