Spring Lake, MI | 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with data and ERP systems?
We are looking for an ERP Administrator to help keep production, inventory, customer
orders, and invoicing accurate and up to date. This role works closely with both the o ice
and plant ?oor, making accuracy and attention to detail essential.
Responsibilities:
? Create, print, and distribute batch tickets based on the production schedule
? Enter completed production tickets, including quantities, materials, lot numbers,
work centers, and dates
? Reconcile discrepancies and escalate issues when needed
? Enter inventory counts and adjustments while documenting reasons for variances
? Enter customer purchase orders, including pricing, quantities, ship dates, and
freight terms
? Verify orders and communicate any changes to customers
? Generate and issue invoices while verifying quantities and pricing
? Assist with routine customer and accounting billing questions
? Maintain organized production and order records through ?ling, scanning, and
retention
? Provide backup support for other o ice functions and assist with additional duties
as needed
Skills & Quali?cations:
? Strong attention to detail and accuracy
? Excellent organizational and data-entry skills
? Comfortable working with computer systems and entering detailed information
? Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
? Strong communication and follow-up skills
? Previous ERP, administrative, accounting, manufacturing, or order-entry experience
preferred
