Job Summary
We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our food processing team. As a production line worker, you'll be responsible for inspecting beans and edamame during various stages of processing and packaging, maintaining a safe and clean work environment, and performing other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Rotate through various positions on the production line to inspect beans and edamame
- Build and stack cardboard boxes with packaged beans for distribution
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment following GMP guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Key Qualifications
- Ability to lift 30 pounds repetitively
- Dependability and willingness to work overtime
- Ability to follow GMP guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a food processing environment
- Non-slip, closed-toe shoes (rubber shoes recommended)
- Ability to work efficiently in a wet environment
- Adherence to strict hygiene and safety protocols.
