In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, helping us to produce high-quality, precise parts using specialized machinery and equipment. What You'll Be Doing
As a Secondary Operator, your core responsibilities will include:
- Operating Specialized Equipment: Safely and effectively run various machines, including multiple spindle screw machines, specialized drilling equipment, grinding equipment, mills, presses, and lathes.
- Quality Control: Diligently check parts for quality and test for accuracy to ensure products meet all specifications.
- Production Reporting: Accurately report production and scrap numbers.
In addition, you will also be expected to embrace a positive attitude and strong work ethic as you work the company's condensed work week schedule.What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs
- Reliable
- Ability to stand for extended periods and keep a consistent pace
Skills:
- Attention to Detail: Critical for checking parts and ensuring high standards of quality and accuracy.
- Communication: To effectively report production data and collaborate with the team.
- Basic Math: Necessary for accurate reporting and quality checks.
