Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team.
This role is essential to ensuring the accurate and timely movement of products in and out of our
facility. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to work
independently, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Responsibilities
- Create and print labels for products and shipments
- Pull and check orders for accuracy
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Receive purchase orders (P.O.s) and label incoming products
- Store received products in designated areas
- Prepare and ship UPS orders
- Schedule shipments and pick-ups
- Operate a computer to manage order and inventory data
- Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping and keeping work areas tidy
- Conduct general maintenance tasks as needed
- Make deliveries and/or pick-ups as required (must have a clean driving record)
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Key Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
