In this role,
you'll
be a vital part of our operations, helping
ensure precision parts are accurately received, tracked, and shipped to support smooth production and customer delivery.
What You'll Be Doing
As a
Shipping and Receiving Associate
, your core responsibilities will include:
- Receiving & Inspection: Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips, ensuring accuracy and inspecting for damage or discrepancies to maintain quality standards.
- Inventory & Organization: Accurately label, store, and organize materials while maintaining up-to-date records in inventory systems and supporting the flow of materials throughout the facility.
- Shipping & Coordination: Prepare and package outgoing shipments, generate shipping documents (BOLs, packing lists, labels), and coordinate pickups and deliveries with carriers.
In addition, you will also be expected to
operate forklifts and pallet jacks, assist with cycle counts and inventory audits, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in a hands-on production setting.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid driver's license
- 1–3+ years of shipping and receiving or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Skills:
- Attention to Detail: Critical for ensuring parts are accurate and not damaged before shipment
- Organization & Time Management: Keeps materials flowing efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Equipment & System Proficiency: Experience with forklifts, pallet jacks, and inventory/ERP systems to support daily operations
