Job Summary
Do you enjoy organizing shipments and making sure products get where they need to go? We're seeking a Shipping Clerk to join our team in Holland, MI. In this role, you’ll be an essential part of our operations, ensuring customer orders are packaged, processed, and shipped accurately and on time.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Shipping Clerk, your core responsibilities will include:
- Shipping Coordination: Set up shipments for customer orders through FedEx, UPS, or LTL providers.
- Order Fulfillment: Locate products in the shop and package them properly for delivery.
- Operational Support: Maintain accuracy, efficiency, and organization in the shipping department.
You may also be expected to work overtime as needed to support business demands.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Able to read, write, and speak English
Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of previous shipping experience
- Excellent computer skills, including Office 365
- Previous hi-lo operating experience preferred
- Self-motivated with the ability to stay on task
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude, adaptable, and dependable
