What You'll Be Doing
As a Shipping Clerk, your core responsibilities will include:
● 1+ years of general office or accounting experience
● High School Diploma or equivalent
● Experience doing computer work and using Microsoft Office Skills:
● Good communication skills
● Good computer skills The Office Assistant will be required to answer phones and follow through with calls in a pleasant, professional manner; assist with office duties as required including incoming/outgoing mail, filing, and generating invoices, and other duties assigned by the Office Manager. Microsoft Excel/outlook, Quickbooks experience preferred and general office work.
In addition, you will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
