SUMMARY:
Directly responsible for shipping, receiving, and the accounting of all produced or ordered
materials to or from StageRight. Verifies and keeps records of incoming and outgoing
shipments and prepares items for shipment by performing the following duties. Maintains the
quality of the materials handled.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Achieve a StageRight forklift operators permit. Stay familiar with the safe operations of the
unit you drive, while reporting any repairs or unsafe conditions to the team or crew leaders.
Keep your workspace, loading docks and material storage areas clean, safe and in
compliance with company regulations and safety policies.
Using work orders and schedules directed to you from the team leader, account for the
correct quantity, description and size of all produced goods or equipment to be shipped.
Properly package these items for safe and secure transportation to the appropriate
destination.
Compares quantity and descriptions of products from internal departments, transfer to
location and return transfer sheet to team leader.
Performs daily/weekly cycle counts.
Record the quantity, description, size, job number, date, and other appropriate information
on a Shipper/Packing List. Return a receiving signed copy with the work order back to the
team leader when shipping is complete.
Compare purchase orders with packing slips, receive, examine, accept, or reject, sign for,
transport to proper storage or person, all materials delivered by common carrier or UPS.
Ensure the exact quantities, quality, and correctness of received materials.
Determines method of shipment and affixes shipping labels on packed cartons to identify
shipping information.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT:
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalent desired. Good
organizational and communication skills.
COMPUTER SKILLS: Ability to use a computer and Company ERP system
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, analyze and interpret the English language. Interpret work
orders, schedules, packing slips, shipping paper, employee handbook, safety manuals, catalogs,
and charts. Ability to write reports, such as shipping papers, scrap and rework, unplanned
issue, and requisitions.
MATHEMATICAL SKILL: Ability to work with basic mathematical concepts and fundamentals of
geometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, decimal equivalents,
and proportions to practical situations.
REASONSING ABILITY: Ability to solve practical problems. Deal with a variety of concrete
variable in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of
instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Agility of the upper and lower body extremities, and capable of lifting 70
pounds regularly. The associate is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, handle, or feel objects,
tools or controls. Associate is required to reach with hands and arms, climb, balance, kneel or
crouch.
OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED.
