In this role, you’ll be a vital part of our operations, helping ensure finished goods and inventory move efficiently and safely throughout the warehouse while supporting accurate order fulfillment and shipping processes.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Shipping Material Handler, your core responsibilities will include:
● Forklift Operation:
Safely operate a fork truck to move materials and finished goods throughout the warehouse.
● Material Handling & Inventory Support: Pick up skids of finished goods from staging areas and restock primary inventory locations to maintain efficient warehouse flow.
● Material Handling & Inventory Support: Pick up skids of finished goods from staging areas and restock primary inventory locations to maintain efficient warehouse flow.
● Inventory Stocking: Stock secondary inventory locations and assist with maintaining organized and accessible storage areas.
In addition, you will also assist load builders by pulling bulk stock into box locations and help build loads when necessary to support shipping operations.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
● At least 1 year of forklift operating experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
● Warehouse experience (1 year minimum) preferred
● Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and work in a physically demanding environment

Skills:
● Attention to Detail: Ensures inventory is handled accurately and stored in the correct locations.
● Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot issues related to inventory movement or equipment operation.
● Computer Skills: Basic computer proficiency; experience with JD Edwards software is helpful.
● Communication & Teamwork: Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and support customer-focused operations.
● Time Management & Organization: Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
