What You'll Be Doing
As a Shipping Order Builder , your core responsibilities will include:
● Order Picking & Verification: Read pick tickets and accurately identify SKUs while retrieving products from warehouse locations.
● Order Preparation: Build customer orders by pulling product boxes (25–100 lbs), stacking materials, and strapping or wrapping skids for safe shipment.
● Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, JLG equipment, scanners, and potentially hi-lo/forklifts.
In addition, you will also be expected to
load trucks, verify order accuracy before shipment, and assist with problem-solving while maintaining excellent internal and external customer service.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
● Ability to read and follow pick tickets accurately
● At least 1 year of warehouse experience preferred
● Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
● Experience using warehouse equipment such as JLGs, electric pallet jacks, scanners, or forklifts preferred
● Reliable attendance and the ability to meet daily productivity expectations
